Keeps customers informed and talks with his crew members on progress on each car in the bays. Someone you can trust. I had a Colorado window wiring issue. 2 hours, found the bad wire, fixed it and off I went, $165. Hector the mechanic certainly knows his craft. I have to say I was quite impressed with Brent and Hector, the process, and other employees. Excellent work ethics here. My first est. Chevy dealer on North Lake. Estimate, complete new door harness, back ordered. When it shows up, if I purchase the complete harness at that time of estimate, installed $950. So, wire mend vs. new harness. I'm going back to Rapid Auto Care. They care and they took the time to find the issue. They now are going to have both our car and truck to service.
