"I spent several days talking with local shops, trying to find a location that had specific experience with a Mazda Miata, a project car I have been working on with my son; NO local shops would even consider looking at it, as it was not stock, and had some internal engine issues; After reading the 5 star reviews for this shop, and talking with the owner, Mark, It was obvious I had found my new permanent repair facility for ALL my vehicles; Integrity is a TOP priority here; The fees were far better than I am used to paying elsewhere, and the shop stayed in constant communication with me throughout the project; They patiently stored my car while waiting on me to bring them special order parts I needed, and went above and beyond in getting my car running; Their vast experience with my particular car and engine was so refreshing. "North Palm Japanese Auto is an excellent place to get your car fixed. Today I brought in the Honda Accord during their lunch break and they replaced the battery immediately. Mark was superb and so were the technicians. Coming from London (United Kingdom), we could do with more Marks across the pond.He was very honest and professional. I'm very happy with the service I received from North Palm Japanese Auto, although the car battery company Die Hard were unresponsive to our calls over the weekend."
