"I initially called Braun Autowerkes about my BMW. They were very accommodating about me bringing it in after hours for a diagnostic check. I’d been hearing a noise coming from my engine. The called me the next morning following the detailed email they’d already sent me about what they’d found. The email was detailed and clearly outlined their findings. I went in later that day to pick it up. They could not have been nicer and more thorough in explaining what the problem was. The mechanic that did the diagnosis even came up and explained things directly to me.. It was not good news and instead of giving me false hope and taking my money, the gave it to me straight. I highly recommend their service. They were polite, extremely accommodating and thorough. In this day and age, especially in that business, I could not have had a better overall experience. Even though the news was bad, they were honest and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. I had to call them 3 more times with questions and they gladly answered each one.
