"Ralph at Advanced Automotive is an excellent all-around foreign and domestic mechanic. His shop is well-located to conserve overhead so in addition to competent repairs he offers very good prices. His attitude is good as well. Ralph listens to customer concerns, refuses to make unneeded repairs and routinely follows up with calls to insure customer satisfaction. I'm personally familiar with his work on autos manufactured by Volvo, Ford, GM, Honda and Toyota. In addition to the usual electrical, suspension, AC small mechanical repairs Ralph has repaired/replaced or rebuilt five of my transmissions and replaced one engine."
