"Total waste of time! Don’t be fooled! Very disgusting practices to lure you in but they don’t tell you up front what to expect. Literal waste of time. I’m talking about Alayzia Kelley— we exchanged emails prior to my appointment and I explained I needed a few areas done as touch up, not a full package. She told me to come on in, that I can be treated the same day. Then proceeded to ask me basic info about skin tone, medications, etc… giving me the impression that I could purchase single sessions and get it done. When I get there, the lady who gave me the consultation was so nice, so this isn’t even her fault. However, thanks to Alayzia Kelley we basically wasted our time. Even before the consultation they should tell you up front the type of memberships they offer. When you sign up by email they give you a list of prices and do not disclose it’s for touch ups after committing to a membership that would cost you thousands. Basically, a misleading ad, an offer they can’t commit to. Had they put in their email sign up their true prices and their memberships, I would’ve not shown up because it is not what I need (touch ups). Like other reviews describe, they only offer specific memberships at very high prices. Based on other reviews (I am looking at them now) quality is also questionable. This experience left a very sour taste in my mouth and just a total waste of time. Alayzia, if you’re working by commission or whatever please don’t make misleading statements or offer more than you know your business can’t provide. You made the business look like liars when it could’ve been disclosed sooner and I wouldn’t have wasted my afternoon going there. If you ever exchange emails with Alayzia, ask to speak to someone else, someone more honest. I’ve done laser for a long time at Satori in New York, and also private med spas and have never experienced the type of low level, low class and misleading practices I experienced by the email exchange at Ideal Image. I added the list of prices (picture) to my review, when you sign up for emails and see this, don’t fall for it. Call by phone to discuss your needs and don’t let them lure you in like your time isn’t worth it."
