"I had such a great experience visiting essentials. I went in for a typical deep tissue massage and felt amazing afterwards. The masseuse was very helpful and willing to target the areas that I experience the moist stiffness. The girl at the front was super helpful and knowledgeable when helping me figure out what to choose as well. Overall 10/10 experience and I will definitely be coming back."
"The only spa I will go to! Gerard is super professional and always gives the best massages! Lila gave me the most relaxing facial ever, along with some girl talk which was super nice! I feel like they both took my profession into consideration and really helped relax me and feel completely taken care of. Will always be returning here :)"
"Beautiful establishment and average massage, but overall was a little disappointed. We did a couples massage on Valentines Day and had requested hot stones and the package that includes champagne - unfortunately those notes were not inputted into the system so we did not receive either. Also, only had about 40 minutes of hands on work. When I communicated this during the checkout the woman was very nice and apologized, while also offering $10 off my next visit. This was my first experience at Essentials South Tampa, so I plan on going back, switching up the masseuse in hopes to update my review with 5 stars next time around after a better experience!"
