"Last night I called Adi because I wasn't feeling well, started the sniffles... I called Adi after a deep treatment I got from her the week before and Adi sent me a face chart with pressure points for a cold - just when it starts, right away. By the guidance of Adi and the face chart I did it on myself as instructed twice during the evening - and by the time I went to bed I felt like my nose was drying up!
