"I was disappointed with my 1st visit. In town on vacation, stopped for a pedicure & manicure. It felt like I got the most junior or inexperienced technicians for both. Thought my pedicure was great until I got home and realized what a horrible paint job it was. 3 toes have little to no color. My big toe, the color is coming off. See pictures. This was $58. They dried for over an hour and it still looks this bad. My set of acrylics were horrible. Big gobs of acrylic, not shaped like a nail at all. When I came back after lunch and asked them to redo them, they did but had their best tech redo them. It was a lot of time & money spent and not happy with the overall product. I do think locals and regulars get the best techs; out of towners are 1x customers so techs practice on them. Spoke with Lynn the manager/ owner who agreed to refund majority of bill minus the credit card fee (which she said was 10% - a damn lie) & tip & then called back & said she could only refund 75% of bill. When I called her out about changing her story, she said “fine, leave the bad review because you are such a nice person & guess what? now you get nothing back” and hung up the phone on me. She also told me to blast & call out the technicians by name in my review. When I refused, she was not happy. DO NOT GO HERE!"

"Incredible salon!! I’ve been to many and this place is by far the best. My mom and I went for mani/pedis and had 4 techs total and all of them did amazing work. The designs that we ended up getting were very detailed and they worked so hard to make them perfect. Lee did an incredible job on my acrylic set and everyone in the salon made us feel so welcomed. So happy I only live 5 minutes from here. This will be my go to place."

"If I could give this nail salon 10 out of 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this place. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly and professional. I’ve only been twice, but wow! I never want to go anywhere else. The owner is fantastic. This salon really does care and delivers excellent service. Additionally, I left my first set on for OVER SIX WEEKS with no fill and they held up incredibly. I do a lot of yard work and swimming in the ocean, believe me when I say I was rough on them, I cannot believe how well they held up."
