"They are very helpful. The service was beyond professional, and quick. They finished an hour less than the quoted time. Do check online for coupons, that saved me a good bit. They are great and once they know your vehicle they will be able to pull it up and fit the car exactly. A great place."

"I set up an appointment to have four tires taken off the vehicle. And fully installed rims and tires installed on the vehicle. That was the ticket, there was nothing specified that there was anything wrong with the vehicle. Once the mechanic grabbed my keys, the mechanic decided to jump into my sports car and take it for a joyride. The ticket specifically said switch out the tires and he decided to joyride my car. Upon confronting the manager he had no real explanation for the reason his mechanic did that, except we test drive every car. Why would you test drive a car that did not come in with any problems? Why would you test drive a car that's running perfectly? Why would you test drive a car without the authorization of the owner? The mechanic gets back with my car 10 minutes later and I asked him does the car need an alignment and he said I don't know. That was enough for me. I will never show back up to this shop. And the mechanical drove my car, he had the balls to give me a dirty look when he dropped off his paperwork like I did something wrong. I will never be back to that shop."

"Honestly this has been one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever encountered at a Tires Plus. Jessica at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my requests. She was a wonderful representative. My 11am appointment was handled on time, immediately pairing me with Anthony. He was able to assist me on diagnosing my vehicle in such a professional manor. Not only did he walk me through his observations as a technician, but even tightened a loose component while advising me exactly what needed to be replaced. The best part is that I was in/out in less then an hour with an extensive full maintenance report. Wow you guys are awesome. I would highly recommenced this location. The staff here are incredible and truly take pride in serving their customers."
