"OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I'm always skeptical about finding a new mechanic shop. I had a time sensitive problem with 2 boat trailer tires. I've never been to this shop before but from the moment I stepped into reception I was treated very well. I was connected with John, the Service Manager who immediately listened to my problem. He sent Travis over & explained what needed to be looked at with my tires. Travis did a thorough inspection, solved my problem and sent me on my way! "I had a fender bender exactly in front of an auto repair shop. John Maynard, Lead Service Advisor, came out of his shop to offer assistance. Without that assistance, moving that vehicle would have been dicey. It wasn’t steam that had risen in a cloud, it was air conditioning gas. I didn’t have a hole in my radiator but in the condenser. My transmission fluid/pressure was good. My water radiator pressure was good. It was only my air conditioning coolant that was “dust in the wind.” But the lower radiator hose had gotten pushed up against a moving pulley and the edge of the spinning pulley had sliced the corded hose half-way through its wall. John discovered it. A couple miles of driving would have punctured it. John had a part there in fifteen minutes and my little truck/SUV rolled out with a new hose ten minutes before closing time. I made it home."
