"I visited the shop based on the reviews that said it was a honest and reputable auto shop. I showed up in the morning and, although I did not have an appointment, he took my car in and I had a diagnostic performed within a few hours. He spoke with me about what he found, informed me of what the options were, and gave me a list of items to look for to help with future diagnostics. While the issue is only intermittently diagnosable, the information he gave me was valuable and will assist me in further narrowing it down for repair. All in all my vehicle left the shop working and I could not be more thrilled with the customer service that I received. I will be visiting again if I need any auto repairs."
