"When this place first opened they were great. I have tried to go back 3 times but my gel Mani and regular pedicure was either rushed, they wouldn't cut my cuticles or sloppy service. Each time I asked them to stop and I left the store. It seems as though when you first go in they treat you with sweet and experienced associates. Once you have been there a couple times you just become a number and they put you with "other" associates. It's also obvious if you spend a lot they treat you with more respect than if you come in and only spend the regular, over charged amount for a, gel manicure and pedicure. The owners just look at you weirdly and let you walk out. Never offering to even ask what the problem was. I will never go back to this place. It looks pretty and the ambiance is nice until you are taken back to be treated like a number in their nail factory."

"Recently I decided to start coming back to this nail salon, my first visit was amazing and my nails look great. My second visit, the service was awful. The man upfront had an attitude, while I looking at the colors he told me to come over and he’ll bring the colors to me. He grabbed two random books slammed them on the table, while the books were still sitting on the table I didn’t have a chance to move them he tugged on my hand and decided to begin. I asked for a chrome nail they told me it would be $62 and I told them “no I’ll just get the same thing I had before”. The man up front who did my nails kept pushing the chrome nails and was insisting he’d lower the price for only a few dollars. Once again I told him “no I just want the pink”. He cut my nails extremely short and didn’t ask what length I wanted them, he started applying white acrylic after I told him again that i wanted pink. He barely filed my nails, my nails were all different lengths and sizes and just overall sloppy. Once he “finished” he took out the chrome after I told him multiple times I wanted PINK, then he claimed that I told him that I wanted chrome. His partner next to him decided to jump in who also claimed that I told him I wanted chrome. Throughout the service he kept tugging on my hands and was tossing my hands around. Once he noticed they were super short he kept filing and at this point was honestly filing my skin. The following day I called and told them exactly happened, a lady answered the phone and as I was explaining she cut me off and said this “ you talking too much, just come in and we will redo.” I asked her if I had to pay again and said “duh we don’t do services for free”. I spent $50 for these chrome nails that I didn’t want and now they are wanting me to spend more money. Side note: this past year I went to nail school and although I am no professional I know the process of acrylic nails. This place looks nice but is extremely dirty. The drill bits are old and so are the files. Once he finished you are usually are suppose to wash your hands to remove any dust, instead he used a cold rag and wiped my nails off. He left my nails unfinished and did a terrible job at blending the nail in with my cuticle. I also should mention, that another lady was next to me getting her nails done and I complemented her nails. The man doing mine became extremely pushy and kept telling me to come back and get my nails done after his work was awful. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"I visited this spa for pedicures with my mom. I got a regular polish pink pedicure. As soon as I got home, I noticed the polish had started to slide off due to the polish being old. I returned the next day (today) for a re-paint and they refused and wanted me to pay for a new set of polish. The man that worked there continued to raise his voice at me in the salon about it being my fault that the polish slid because I chose regular polish instead of gel. I have gotten regular polish multiple times before and has lasted weeks. She insisted on painting over top of my toenails instead of redoing it. My pedicure looks terrible and I will be getting a refund through my credit card company. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be returning to this spa EVER again due to the terrible customer service. I have never left a 1 star review in my life until my experience at this salon. Part 2 Response: I have called the salon and the man on the phone was raising his voice and told me he doesn’t need my business or my money but refused to refund me or take the 10 minutes to repaint my toenails. He expected to have me pay for them to be re done when I was just there last night."

"Took my daughter here and we had a great time. Was such a relaxing day. The pedicure stations all have back massagers which was amazing. The staff was very friendly and paid so much attention to detail. They are our experience so good. Definitely check out this place!"
