I am a registered nurse and was offered a pamper a hero facial and was expecting a basic facial like I’ve had before but I was so impressed by the service I received. "Wow. From the unassuming storefront I was skeptical, but was pleasantly supersized from the moment I pulled open the front door until the moment I walked back to my car. Stress gone. Skin feeling great and I feel I got more than I expected. Everything was 100% professional, clean and made me feel valued as a customer. I interacted with the girl at the front that was courteous, friendly, welcoming and efficient (forget her name but had purple hair). She explained everything on the phone honestly and I knew exactly what I was getting and exactly what it would cost. I appreciate that. My service was performed by Ryan and I felt communicated with and valued when we got a late start as they wrapped up for the prior client (literally 5min delay no big deal). I expected some skin care and addressing some face issues I wanted to take care of. What I didn’t expect is that after some of the most stressful 19 days in a row I would walk out feeling completely relaxed. I am writing more than I normally would because I appreciate that my appointment was very close to closing time yet I never felt rushed for one min and I didn’t really keep track but the time felt well managed and nothing was clipped shot due to the late time. Overall excellent and completely professional experience. Thanks for taking care of me and removing my stress as a side effect of high quality skin care."
