"I had Cool-sculpting here 3 months ago. At the time it was a good experience and I was told there would be an 8 week follow up and we had a plan for me to have a second treatment. At my follow up they only took photos- but did not have my original photos for comparison. And said they would call me the following week to schedule my next session. No follow up call so I called, the receptionist took my number and said they’d call back. Nothing. I call again. The receptionist then tells me the manager is “afraid to call me back” bc they no longer offer that service. Okay then tell me that, recommend another location. I’ve since had a second session at another location with updated equipment and FAR better customer service, oh and it was less expensive. Still have not received any before or after photos from my treatment here, very disappointed."

"Received facial treatment for spots on my face today. It was not painful and they were very delicate. Sara was very professional and is very knowledgeable about skincare. I am very happy with the service. I will absolutely come back in three weeks to continue my treatment! Thank you to the whole staff, everyone was kind and attentive.
