"For the third time I scheduled an appointment with a specific person and then when I got there someone else was assigned to perform the service. This makes me realize that the brand is more important than the provider who performs the service. However, a business is only as successful as its employees. The type of service that Tonya Beauty offers, people return because they liked the provider; they liked the quality of the service provided. People don't come back because of the brand regardless of quality of service. I got really good service with one specific person and low quality one with three other ones. The place is beautiful, the staff are always very nice and I wish they all could get the same quality of service performance."

"I have been to Tonya Beauty twice in Miami and I had the best experience ever. All staff were extremally friendly and attentive. The ladies are very professionals and they treat you like a queen . I had a procedure with Monica and she was amazing. Then I went back for another treatment with Gabi and she was adorable too. They are very well trained and make you feel very comfortable. The ambience is also super cute and clean. I will definitely go back for more treatments in the future."
