"We came here during our Florida trip after looking at multiple spas and we did not choose wrong. It is absolutely a hidden gem. Our massage therapists were very good. My husband got a deep tissue massage and I was able to book a prenatal spa package. We always try to get massages done on vacation, but these far surpassed the quality and depth of any “resort” we’ve been to. They were very reasonably priced for an outstanding service. Will be coming again when we visit Orlando"

"If you're looking for a relaxing 2.5 hours, take advantage of one of the very reasonably priced packages at Vivian's Spa. I chose the Serenity Spa package which began with a warn shoulder pad and paraffin wax hand treatment by Stacey. Next, I had a relaxing massage by Betsey, where she spent some time focused on my lower back and hips which are problem areas for me. That was followed by a warm and soothing facial and some additional shoulder and arm massage by Angela. Stacey finished up with a lovely foot massage. The entire experience left me feeling pampered and relaxed. I would highly recommend visiting Vivian's Spa if you are in the Orlando area ... I will definitely be back on my next trip. "Local resident - have been here several years ago with a friend and decided to check it out again. In the Food/Bev industry so body pains and aches are present all the time. I don’t really invest in my own relaxation, so this was an unusual feeling for me. Got the serenity package and it was so worth the money. $130 (or $140 if you want medium or firm pressure) which includes a massage, facial, foot massage and hand paraffin wax treatment, a 2.25 hour package. The same package at a big name spa would cost several hundred dollars (the spa at the company I work for would have charged at least $400 for those combined services). It is a quaint little place that’s been open for years. My only two qualms - it takes everyone on staff at the time to handle a reservation. That means that no one answers the phone when you call sometimes - and when you are the one with the reservation, this means you can hear the phone ringing in your treatment room. Kind of detached from the peaceful setting. The other thing was the steam machine during my facial was “not working properly” so I didn’t get to enjoy that part of the service. Hopefully they fix it. Other than that, it was quite enjoyable. My FAVORITE part is that they allow me to enjoy the peace and quiet of the service without filling it with chatter. I am not a shy person per say, but I definitely enjoy some silence during a spa treatment. They did ask (when necessary) if everything was enjoyable and if I needed any more pressure. I have consistent knots in my shoulders and have had a lot of aches lately and this massage package set my weekend off just right. The second I got home, I ate a quick meal and knocked out peacefully for a nap. I call that a win. Still feeling great a few days later. Will definitely be a customer again."
