Take 5 Oil Change

"Stopped by today to get coolant topped off. Three employees working, one car in other bay. Told them what I needed and they pulled me into the bay. After 15 minutes sitting there, I finally got one of their attention and asked how much longer. They said “at least 15 more minutes to finish the other person first, it’s first come first serve.” I get that the employees can’t help being understaffed, but it’s a quick oil change place. You’ve got to tell people if you’re planning to make them wait half an hour for service."

"Took to them to get my oil changed on 2021 Hyundai Tuscan. They didn't put the undercarriage back together correctly and now it is hanging down and missing bolts. I took it back at the first opportunity I could, and the guy there said they wouldn't have time to do it today! That's been a week or so now. Never got a call or anything. Actually the guy said often times they get cars in that are missing pieces. Seemed like he was insinuating that my car was missing bolts already and that I was trying to get something for free."
