"only 1 stars. Disgraceful service. Carlos (Owner?) quoted $200 for delivery of 2 statues - but on arrival at my house the delivery men said they would not remove the items from the crates for that price and demanded another $100 for a payment of $300. I called the shop next day to complain - and yep, I expected it; on my initial call at 9 am a man calling himself Carlos' father answered, and said he was sorry but the store is not responsible for delivery issues. I called 4 more times that day, left a Voice Mail message, but did not receive a return call. Carlos, if you are reading this, I would like a courtesy call to at least apologize - and some recompense from you or the delivery company would be nice too. If I hear from you, I'll be glad to amend my review."
