"I’m so disappointed. I’ve been coming here for the past six years for service and have always been happy with the service and the fine folks that work there. After the complementary oil changes expired, I paid $89 for oil changes, but when I arrived today, I was told that the price had gone up to $129!! … that’s a ridiculous amount of money for an oil change. I’ll come back for warranty service work, but oil changes? Yeah no."

"Our daughter took her car there and was told her car would be ready for pick up on Thursday, December 13. Then, that it would not be ready until Monday. It was not ready until Wednesday, then after taking payment, she drove off the lot only to find that it still had the same problem. She turned around and took it back. They were not even apologetic when they took the car back. No one answers the phone in the service department. We were on hold for an hour. It is very difficult to get answers. We will never take a car here for service again."

"People are very nice. However, they cannot pinpoint the problem with my engine because it is intermittent, and they have to experience it to know. They have finally kept it for a week and were able to duplicate the problem, and now we have to wait for Hyundai corporate to send someone to either repair or whatever. But on the bright side I now have a Loaner car until they fix my car. Added: finally received my car after a 6 week (Can't find what is wrong. But they did provide loaner car)"

"If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. From the other reviews, it seems like I'm not the only one who found this service department lacking. Starting from the sales process, I leased a new hyundai last year. I never received my second key fob upon delivery, and they said they would contact me when it came in. Months went by, and of course, I never heard about it until I got a card in my mail saying my car had a warranty, which was for the second key fob. I made an appointment online to get my key fob. It took months to even get an appointment. The day I went in for my appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes in line in my car before even getting out of my car to be seen by an advisor, Juan. Then he tells me that they don't have the key fob in stock and he has to order it. I explained I had booked an appointment months ago, so I don't understand why they didn't order the part, and he explained to me that you made the appointment online. I'm not sure why they allow online appointments if their service advisors are too lazy to ensure the proper parts are there for those appointments. He was extremely rude, but then after complaining, he told me that he would overnight the part and call me. Shockingly enough, I never received a phone call from him. Life got in the way, and I wasn't able to schedule an appointment for a bit, and then when I finally got around to scheduling my appointment, I called this time around. The receptionist who answered helped me schedule an appointment for an oil change and the key fob. I asked her to ensure the key fob was actually in this time, considering I wasted 45 minutes previously to have nothing done. She kept telling me that she couldn't tell me that and that I had to just show up to my appointment and see if the key fob was in. She was short with me, and then finally, I got her to try to transfer me to a service advisor who, of course, didn't answer, and then she said she would call me back. Once again, I never received a call. I ended up having a problem with the original key fob before my oil change appointment, and my fiance took it in for me. Of course, they didn't have the second key fob "ordered" for me, but the service advisor Jorge was able to find one in parts to use and got me fixed up. Now we have an appointment for an oil change at 11, and they are making us leave the car and said it will be done in 4 to 5 hours because they are extremely busy. I'm not sure who is in charge of scheduling here, but they clearly don't know how to do their job well. If this wasn't a lease that I was forced to get service done here, I wouldn't come back. I'll never lease another hyundai again."

"It takes over an hour to get serviced (with an appointment). You never see a manager or get a call back if you have an issue. I had a Sales person walk up to my car and hit it because he wanted to demonstrate the integrity of the glass for a prospective customer. One one occasion, I had an issue that they said was nothing only to come back in 3 months for them to say it was a steering column issue over $1500 right after my warranty was up."
