"I never post reviews, but after having my third experience here I need to. I have never had a single good experience here. I called ahead to schedule an appointment to get another spare key for my car and they new exactly what car I had and it was scheduled 4 days out. I get here, spend 40 mins here, and then find out the key is not in stock. Do not give me an appointment, have me drive down here in traffic, and keep me waiting if you don’t have the part. When I went to get my car back it took 15 mins no idea why or where it was considering nothing happened. I will drive farther to specifically go to a different Toyota dealership. Another one of my experiences was having to leave my car overnight when I came in for an oil change and was told to change my break pads and then told it was too late in the day to get new break pads but my old ones had already been taken off…"

"When a customer asks why a particular service is being recommended to them at at a 1 year/10k miles intervals when the Toyota owner manual says 3 years/30k miles, it doesn’t instill confidence when the service advisor doesn’t have an answer. When a customer asks how much a particular service that is being recommended costs, it doesn’t instill confidence when the service advisor hems and haws for 5 minutes and then says he’ll need to get back to you with that information in an hour. Kendall Toyota is the reason that people say dealership service departments are a ripoff. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere."
