"Car service for oil change shouldn't take 2 hours and 30 minutes. Especially at 730am. By 900am i wanted to leave and noticed my car parked outside. As if it was ready. I stayed to ask around. They said they would notify me as soon as it was ready. An hour later. My car was ready. I had to be back at work. Thought a Friday would be less congested than a weekend. Next time. I'll hand to plan better."
"Purchased my car here a few years ago and received excellent service back then… and this week after a tire blowout, I worked with a service advisor, a young man named Thomas, who was absolutely amazing. He even texted me on his day off to be sure I was good and to let me know the name of his coworker that could help me while he was off. It’s hard to find that kind of personal service in Miami these days. These are the little things that create customer loyalty. Great job Thomas and Kendall Toyota! Sincerely, Rhonda Whitfield"
"Would not recommend Kendall Toyota dealership for any service related issues. I took my newly purchased car for its first service back in August (Ronnie and Ony) and had an overall unpleasant experience. Not sure if the issue is training or leadership, but the severe lack of professionalism and communication is extremely disappointing. They kept my car for almost a month for a recall that ended up not being resolved due to a remedy not yet available (understandable) but they returned my car filled with filth as they left it unattended under a tree causing the sap to stain my vehicle’s paint. It took several phone calls and a physical visit for someone to actually address this. Manager Ony offered a detail wash which helped but the paint is now permanently damaged. We work hard for what we own and I was in disbelief at the lack of care they have toward customer’s vehicles. I gave them a second try in hopes of better service (Edwin and Ony). Took my car in for service and to address the recall since I got notice of remedy. My car was once again returned with the same recall error message. It took over 7 different calls and they just kept passing my call around to different departments. Once I spoke with the advisor asking what exactly was done to my car he stated the coil was replaced. I kept pressing and asking questions and my file was verified that the coil was not replaced actually and they don’t know why the error message is showing. This should have been verified prior to closing the file and stating the recall issue was resolved. It was not. It may have been an honest mistake from Edwin, but again lapses in clear communication and expert service with customers. The final solution they offered was for me to take it again, which unfortunately won’t happen. I do not feel safe or comfortable with their service and they should really be more careful with the information and treatment of vehicles under their service care. 0/10 would not recommend."
"Very professional place but it might be overcrowded with cars so heads up. You can be here up to three hours, they have a shuttle to take you around if you need it but overall the place to wait is quite comfy with a lot of options for eat desserts or small Appetizers, they took my car despite I was a little bit late so they are flexible about it which is nice. But be patient about the waiting time"
"Made an appointment for 7am Saturday, there were at least 50 other cars all at the service area queued throughout 4 service lanes. With overflow traffic actually goint all the way back to US-1 highway. Despite arriving 10 minutes earlier than my appointment, you can expect to wait because they do not appear to block or put appointment times into any kind of service line you're still mixed in with the early morning arrival of customers without any kind of appointment in place. If you really want to be seen at 7am you're likely going to have to get over to this service location 30-40 minutes before 7am."
