"I had a good massage with Alicia in the past, so I scheduled another for the end of the day today which I waited two weeks for a slot to open and was ghosted/no-showed by Alicia. Sent a message through the website, left two voicemails so that I didn’t get charged for no-showing myself, and then realized that there was no one there at all after banging on numerous doors and also going to her old location on US-1 just to see if maybe I was in the wrong location. Planned 5:15 appointment for a 90-minute massage so I skipped having dinner with my family and drove 20 minutes to stand outside looking stupid. Hell of a great way to cap off a difficult week that should have ended better. I understand that things come up, but no communication at all is really poor customer service."
