"I absolutely love coming here! The shop is always clean, employees attend to your every need. They will discuss piercing options at length before even considering piercing you. They are up front about pricing and will work with you on your budget. If they don’t feel like you have the right anatomy for a piercing, they will give you a second or third option. This is the only shop in Gainesville that I trust. The technician was thorough about the procedure and after care. Regardless of how many times I’ve gone back, they still go through the step-by-step process of what I should do after being pierced and how to take care of my new piece. If you ever have any questions, don’t be afraid to ask they’re happy to answer even the most mundane questions. I usually go back in a couple weeks after getting pierced to make sure that everything is healing fine. At that point they’ll set an appointment to size down my jewelry. Overall be prepared to bring enough money for your jewelry, service charge, and a tip. All of the employees will take great care of you, ensuring that your piercing is done the right way the first time! They are willing to work with you and give their honest thoughts and opinions. "Went in for a Septum piercing unsure if I had the correct anatomy for that piercing. The staff were super knowledgeable and helped to determine I unfortunately do not have the correct anatomy to have a comfortable septum. Ended up settling on a philtrum instead and absolutely love it, probably more than I would have loved the septum! Willow was super awesome, with keeping me calm and collected through the process from start to finish. Highly recommend!"

She was fantastic at explaining each step so I was prepared for what was going to happen.
