"Does not stand behind his work. Unreliable. Doesn’t follow up or return phone calls. I’m a very patient person and I gave Julian the benefit of the doubt with all the excuses he texted me with when he did acknowledge my texts but I have been trying since Sept 2020 to get him to pick up my recliner and fix my sofa that he once repaired and only lasted 2 months after he guaranteed a minimum of 6 months. He doesn’t pick up phone and call or text after months of reaching out to him. Don’t trust this guy!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had called them for a sofa repair that truly needed. I called them on a Monday and they told me they would pass by that same day, they never passed by nor had the decency to tell me that they won’t be able to. I had sent them a text message every day for 5 days asking if they would come to my house. They finally told me they could come on a Saturday. They never answered my text message nor my phone call. I would not recommend. What awful service."

"I do not recommend J&J furniture refinishers. I had a chair and a couch refurbished. Julian told me it would take 3-5 days but, in fact, it took 4 weeks. Although I was satisfied with the couch, the chair was overstuffed so much that it was not comfortable. He assure me that he would fix it, but has not made good on his word. He’s promised me after numerous calls that he would come to pick it up but hasn’t done so. Now he doesn’t even answer my calls or texts. Doesn’t stand behind his work."

"My family room sofa’s seat cushions had begun to sag. Due to the quality of the sofa, it was most cost effective to have the sofa repaired as opposed to purchasing a new one. Initially, Julian (owner) requested that I email him a couple of pictures prior to scheduling an appointment. Once he had an opportunity to inspect the sofa, not only did he provide an estimate, he also provided a detailed explanation as to what the repairs would entail. One thing that impressed me the most was the turnaround time. The sofa was picked up on Wednesday and was returned on Friday. I consider his prices reasonable and the quality of the repair far exceeded my expectations. Please note I will be referring his company to friends and family. Thank you J&J Furniture Repair."

"I purchased an extended warranty for my sectional. When the arm of the couch broke I thought I would have to buy a whole new set. Upon calling the furniture store and being told I had coverage through a 3 party repair store, I was skeptical. I’ve never been so wrong in my life. I received a call immediately, they coordinated the perfect schedule for pick up, and my couch was repaired literally overnight! I’ve never been so happy with a service in my life!"
