"Most honest mechanic my family has ever met. Our Lincoln needed brakes Ancel checked and found out there was a warranty recall on our brakes. He recommended we take the vehicle to the dealership where it cost us no money to get the brakes fixed. He could have ripped us off charged us and still sent us to dealer. Our Jeep had ignition wiring problems that he couldn’t fix again he referred us to an electrical mechanic who hooked us up for minimal charge. Ancel and Lydia at Available Auto have been taking care of my family for over 8 years. Would not go anywhere else."

"DO NOT COME HERE Worst experience ever. UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my 2019 golf gti with my own oil and filter for an oil change. They told me $30 so I agreed. I had one big 5w-40 oil (5 liters/5.28 quarts) and a small one (1 liter/1.06 quarts). My car takes 6 quarts or 5.7 liters. The mechanic guy overfilled my car with the entire 6 liters (6.34 quarts) and only stopped a little bit earlier because I told him to. He told me that he could spill a little bit so the oil leven Can be where it should be. He took way to much of it and now it’s under the level. He put the oil that he spilled in a already used tank and wanted to refill the oil with MIXED OIL. When the lady tried to charge me I told her I wasn’t going to pay the full price because they made a HUGE mistake and they also wasted a lot of my oil. She wanted to check with the mechanic, and after that, she proceeds to charge me full price ($30). I told her to get the manager or someone in charge because I wasn’t going to pay full price. He started treating me badly and yelling at me saying that the oil level was fine, and when the manager or the person in charge arrived, he told me in a very rude way not to pay anything. I tried to tell him that I wanted to pay for the service, but he wouldn't pay the $30 because part of the service failed and was done wrong. I gave him $20 dollars and explained that I didn't want to not pay anything because despite the mistake, I had the oil and filter changed. The man told me to give it to the lady inside. When I went to give it to him, he looked at me with a disgusted face, grabbed the bill with the tips of his fingers and let them go. I honestly shouldn't have offered even $20 after being treated like that. Do not come to this mechanic shop, they are inexperienced, aggressive and have bad treatment with their customers. NEVER GOING BACK HERE If you don’t really care about your car, maybe this place is for you. But if you really care about your car like me, don’t recommend this place at all"

"Absolutely the best mechanic out there! I knew I could trust them from day one when I walked in the store to check the tire pressure. They have done wonders and their professionalism is top notch. All of their prices are reasonable and they would treat you like a family. The car feels so much better and smoother after replacing the struts & shocks, fuel pump replaced as oil change.
