"Sales lady was polite and squared me away quickly and was very knowledgeable. She was Russian. The delivery is as important as the sale. Gave me 10 minute lead time to get back home after I was already gone. I called the delivery driver and got serious attitude. In not usually the guy that complains about things like this but you can’t give the customer attitude, period. He told me he has been trying to contact me all morning. My phone showed I missed a call at 903 and I saw his message at 918 at the gym. This must have been his all morning he was referring to. I felt I needed to ask him if he was going to continue to give me attitude while on the phone, then I felt I still needed to calm him down once he got to my house. So, I was extra friendly so he didn’t feel he had to protect himself. Very unfortunate. 1/10/24 - Now that I’ve had the furniture for a violet weeks I’ve realized that it’s a very incurable cough and one of my charging ports and powered head rest first work and after two weeks they still haven’t come by to repair it. What has happened to consumer service these days?"

Our family has been looking for a new couch, a sectional specifically and Marcello did an amazing job walking us through the store to find an option that fit our needs and budget. Not only did we get a fantastic deal and protection coverage, but we got our couch delivered in 3 days! The delivery team from City was also exceptional, handled our items with care and were very quick. Definitely will be returning for future furniture needs!"

"First time visiting City Furniture and I was very very pleased! Not only was their store huge the variety was incredible. They had furniture and decore for all styles, modern, rustic, contemporary, country and more (you name it, it’s there) What really got me was their prices! Here I was thinking they would be on the pricier end (for what ever reason) some of their stuff beats IKEA by a long shot both in quality and price. Everything I needed I found and I was so happy. Their employees too were super friendly, all welcoming and attentive to your questions and needs. Someone was passing out waters and giving out cookies to the shoppers which was so cute. Overall great experience with City, kudos."
