"Shout out to Mark Cohen at Rooms to Go Patio- he approached us in a friendly manner when we came into the store, gave us info but was never "pushy", when we left without purchasing he mentioned that if we came back he worked on commission so would love if we'd ask for him. When I left I knew I wanted to give him my business, so after searching a few other stores I returned and made the purchase. Really nice gentleman, honest, and I love what I bought."
"If you decide to do your patio shopping here, be sure to ask for Mark Cohen. He was far from a typical salesman. He wasn’t pushy at all and answered all of my questions. He made the process simple and stress free. He was easily reachable even after the sale when I had additional questions to ask him. A couple of pieces of furniture came in damaged, but they replaced everything right away. I would definitely buy from here (and from Mark) again."
