"Terrible company I am an interior decorator and designer. I will never recommend Modani to any of my clients anymore. I bought a $3000 automated dining room table from them two months ago. They installed it, in my newly decorated condo. The first time we tried to use it, it opened and got stuck midway and the motor stopped working. We called them for service. They said that service warranty is only seven days and they will not repair it or send anyone to repair it although I offered to pay for the service myself. doesn’t work, even manually. Terrible terrible customer service, I’m stuck with a 3K table. I will never buy again from that company. Never buy from them"

"We bought a brand new teak table and chairs as we just finished building a pool. A few weeks later, we noticed terrible stains on our brand new shell stone pool deck and all of the chairs. Modani customer support is telling us that because we didn’t buy the protection plan, it’s not covered and will do nothing about it. Not only do we have a ruined outdoor dining table and chairs now but have incurred additional costs to have the shell stone professionally cleaned. DO NOT BUY FROM MODANI as they do not stand by the quality of their furniture."
