"If I could give 0 stars I would. The exact day that my car was picked up from the scene, I verbally gave permission for it to be released to my insurance company. A week later, I get a call requesting the vehicle to be released because this towing company called complaining about my vehicle being there still and had the audacity to LIE and deny permission given to pick it up. Considering the fact that my vehicle was a total loss, the company taking advantage and lie in order to make more money is just sick to me."
