"The tire tech loaded the lug nut into the impact gun’s socket and cross threaded it. I told the owner what happened and he ignored me and told me to pay the tire. They didn’t want to fix their mistake, and I won’t be able to take my tire off now. I paid it anyway, and left. The lug nut will no longer come off. I’m going to have to pay someone to cut it out. I asked if he could at least take it out, and he said no, I would have to pay for it."

I'm not exaggerating when I say it was under 20 minutes from arriving to leaving.
