"The tire tech loaded the lug nut into the impact gun’s socket and cross threaded it. I told the owner what happened and he ignored me and told me to pay the tire. They didn’t want to fix their mistake, and I won’t be able to take my tire off now. I paid it anyway, and left. The lug nut will no longer come off. I’m going to have to pay someone to cut it out. I asked if he could at least take it out, and he said no, I would have to pay for it."

"The crew at Direct Tire Center earned my undying loyalty on my first visit. This place is awesome. Everyone is friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. The prices are ridiculously low. My first visit, when told my total, I blurted out "That's all?" and the guy behind the register laughed and said he could charge me more if I wanted him to. Everyone there is hustling to get the work done, and done well. On my last visit I had 4 new tires mounted and balanced and installed. I'm not exaggerating when I say it was under 20 minutes from arriving to leaving. The people make it a joy, the quality of work makes it an easy decision, and the prices cement it as the only choice around."
