"Have rarely been treated ruder in my life. I am a foreman for a large construction company and am frequently in hardware stores and use to dealing with their staff. This was above and beyond attitude rude. I reckon they figure there isn’t another hardware store for 20 miles, they can be as rude as they want. Not an attitude I’m comfortable spending my or my company’s money with. Don’t get me started on the phone call I tried to make to verify the front desk lady was correct. 16 times I was put back on hold before I was hung up on. Again, no thank you."

"Price tag on the shelf is different than what rings up,and you show they don't care. They charge you the higher price. The manager said do you want me to give you your money. He takes out his wallet said you are making a deal over $4.00. The worst service nasty horrible DO NOT GO THE WORES"

"They must have everything. Much more than a hardware store. I can send in my 12 year old and they will get her what we need. Very friendly and experienced. Prices are ok. Very surprised by the selection of things we needed. They even fixed my walker for me it's now safe for me to use. Very happy customer."
