"The lady (I assume the owner) is rude and unethical, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, that's why they speak badly of us Latinos because we don't set an example. He treated a 68-year-old woman badly. He did not let the woman return some shoes because they did not fit simply because she did not have the box, something that was not explained to her when they sold her. I hope the $25 dollars that the shoes cost will make you a millionaire or millionaires."
