"It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Arhaus in Naples. From the first few minutes that my husband and I stepped into thre showroom, we were greeted, but not bombarded. The selections of furniture were gorgeous and Thea and her team made it so easy to select a full condo full of furniture! It was a wonderful experience with the entire team as we made selections, how it was layed out and they even held the furniture until we were ready to take delivery. The service didn't just end that day, I would like to give special acknowledgment to Debra Daniels… there were some minor issues, but have no fear, Debra was near!! Debra was (is) on top of everything! She made everything workout and continues to go beyond the call of duty! It's hard to find someone that cares about the client “after the sale” and Debra is an exemplary employee that really cares!!! She has made ALL of the difference with everything that she does. I highly recommend Arhaus, the Team, but especially Debra… you'll be glad you shopped with Arhaus with the team they have."

"Beautiful quality furniture. Horrible customer service. Purchased an entertainment center. After it was assembled by the delivery service, we noticed it was missing the buttons that covered the screws and also the mounting brackets for 4 of the shelves. Went to the store and were told to call customer service. Called customer service, was told they would look into it. Nothing. Called again nothing, received an email that required photos. Sent those in. Nothing. Called customer service again, a manger was going to call. And nothing!"

"Arhaus has great products and superb customer service! We love our new sofa, swivel chairs , end table, coffee table, credenza and bedding! Can't wait to get a few more things. Our designer, Denise Alves went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and our budget. She went out of her way to come to our house to make sure all our furniture was correctly placed and that we we happy with our order. She continues to be part of our design process, hanging pictures, proper rugs, accents etc. and is just a phone call away if we need anything. She's amazing and so happy to have her guide us though the finishing touches on our brand new home."

"Ordered entire house of furniture from Arhaus furniture Naples and worked with Tami Harms as the sales associate. Ordered $42k worth of furniture that trickled in and was delivered first in August 2021 and then again in September, October and finally November 2021. Stools for the kitchen countertop were ordered in bar height instead of counter height and when told the wait Would be an additional 4 months to get the correct stools we cancelled them. We also canceled 4 pieces of furniture that were delayed 2-4 more months and given complete berating by the sales associate when deciding to return items that had little hope of coming into stock before Christmas. Remember i ordered furniture March 14, 2021. The store charged me $199 additional delivery fees after the first three due to the ongoing delays and delays and delays. The store manager Tracey Watson was helpful but didn’t assist with the additional delivery fees due to their inability to get the products and quite honestly didn’t follow through on the status of the outstanding items unless i emailed the store to follow up. We continue to wait on one ottoman that we cannot return as it was special ordered. It’s not super special it’s their stocked fabric in a round instead of a rectangle. The staff at this location were insolent, rude, slow to communicate, if at all, and simply disrespectful on their handling of the large order and the many delays. Sales associates in person blamed the pandemic. We ordered in the meantime 4 kitchen counter stools from Frontgate online and had them delivered to our door in 8 working days for the same price for high end leather stools. I’d not recommend this store at all due to poor customer service, poor sales people and overall poor management. If i could give zero stars for the frustration i would. I’ve never spent so much on furniture to be treated so poorly by sales associates and management. Do not expect much if ordering or buying goods from this location."
