"LCDR James Miller here. I have a 2004 HR Endeavor 40 PRT. Like most of us, I met Mike after I got home from a trip and realized my roof seam above my passenger side rear slide was lifting up. I searched the internet and saw RV Roof Repair Florida. I live about 200 miles from their location. I read the information on the web site, called, talked to Mike and felt he was someone I could work with. I arrived at his location, left the coach for a “Free Estimate.” Within a couple of days, Mike explained the problem, gave me options and straight forward and to the point. I took a chance and am sure glad I did. Mike gave me a quote and stuck to it! He informed me with pictures along the way and answered questions eagerly. When he was finished, I was deployed and could not pick the coach up immediately. Mike was gracious enough to let me leave the coach there until I arrived home. Bottom line: Mike was honest, communicated effectively, completed the job when he said he would, and for the cost he quoted. No surprises or drama. I would strongly encourage anyone to seek Mike’s advice, professionalism and integrity to take care of what you need. I have a beautiful new roof and an honest friend. "All I can say is that Mike was a lifesaver! In this day and age someone that will go out of their way to help is a rare find indeed! Day after a holiday and he took the time to stop what he was doing to help me and my family with our broken down RV. I live in Miami and would pull my rv to him for any roof repair!"
