"I called on a Monday for Home owners insurance information. I was told that my agent was out for lunch and she would call me when she got back. I did not get a call back that day or the next or the next. I called back on Friday and told the receptionist I had called on Monday. She stated oh yes I remember you and said she was going to transfer me to my agent. Spoke to my agent and gave her all the information she asked for. She stated let me look into this and I will call you back. It has been a week and again no return call. I am very disappointed over the lack of urgency and professionalism given by this office."
