The company cancels and gives Wells a month to find a replacement. 28 days in, no effort on Wells part but they promise to find a new policy by cancellation day. 1 day left. More promises. Cancellation day, no replacement company. No phone calls. No replies. The homeowner now has no insurance and their office is closed for Good Friday. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!HOMEOWNER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just got the cancelation letter from Wells today that the insurance company didn't like my 30 year shingles that are only 18 years old, so they want to cancel the policy. Cancel date 4-2-21 received Wells letter 4-23-21 obviously no advance warning. If you own a house, STAY AWAY FROM WELLS INSURANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
