"I have tanned before but never a spray tan. My sister went in to help with my additives. The girl working the front Hannah was USLESS, she even asked my sister to do HER JOB by escorting me to the booth, and showing me how the process worked. She wasn’t informative on pricing or anything! I will try again but hopefully she won’t be working, her attitude was TERRIBLE!"

"Loved tanning there. But the first 6 visits, my 5yo old came back with me. Then on visit 7, I was told she couldn’t. This was a different employee checking me in that I hadn’t seen before (yes, she was doing her job, which I appreciate!) I had only signed up 15 days before. As a single mom, I always have my child, and I specifically asked when getting a membership if I could bring her, and they said it was no problem. So on visit 7, I just canceled my membership. No point in getting a sitter so I can get a little color for an event in a few months. The day I signed up, I purchased lotion for $41. (My total charge the day I signed up was $118.) Since lotion hadn’t been used, the moment I canceled I asked for a refund for the lotion. I was told no based on policy. Lotions can’t be returned. I get that. I also get the policy of not having kids back there. But again, I signed up under false pretenses. I waited 3 days to talk to the manager. I took off early to be there by 4pm, as the lady that I canceled with said she works Tuesday 8-4. At 3:30, she wasn’t there. Ladies assisting were very nice, called the manager to ask about exceptions, and there are none. So I paid $41 for lotion that’ll never be used. And $77 for a few tanning opportunities. Not every situation is black and white. I should have received a refund for my lotion, or something. The main problem is that 1 staff member followed the policy. None of the others day. Really disappointed."
