"What an awesome experience!!! So professional!! Great communication from Cynthia! Finished on time. All insurance communication handled! We had one minor concern that was handled as we waited. I am fussy about our car and I was concerned about paint matching as my Santa Fe has a bright metallic 3 stage red paint. It is perfect. Someone backed into our door and it needed to be replaced. It is now perfect, no evidence of it being replaced. It's no wonder Shaun and Cynthia's shop is so busy. But, everything handled perfectly and timely!! I STRONGLY recommend Crenshaw Collision!"

Was repaired without replacing anything. Cyndi the receptionist was great and the lead Shawn was super polite and great to deal with. Would recommend anytime anywhere. The wait time to get in is months but I can see why? They are GREAT!!! Thank you Crenshaw!!! P.s. the paint was a phantom black. Matched perfectly."

"Drove my car into the shop and paid for the insurance for a year and a half to maintain a tag because I didn't expect it to take soo long...and after proving services and parts for the duration...my BMW was put out in the heavy rain without protection from the elements and was forced to have it towed to another shop... at my own expense and now I have to have the repairs started over because of new damage created by the neglect and additional repairs required for dents that were not there previously."
