"I had to take a star away from these guys, because I took my bike in to be fixed and it wasn’t the owner but this other guy. I got my bike back and the handle bars were not straight, the breaks were sticking, the rear view mirror was not tight. They did fix the problem so I’m happy again."
"Every time I walk into the Trek Store, I am greeted by Matthew's warm welcome and attention to my needs. I know that whenever I enter the shop, it will be a pleasant interaction. Matthew is very knowledgeable and professional but he is not a high pressure sales person. He will give you all the facts and let you decide for yourself which bike is right for you. He was very patient with me as I weighed all of my options. The store is clean, well organized, and has a nice selection of products. Repairs/service are done very quickly and at a fair price. If you have any cycling needs, I highly recommend the Trek Store. And you will be supporting a local business!"
