"Paid $12 for a “car wash” that failed to include any soap… just a water rinse that stank to high heaven. To complete this experience the air blower was not strong enough to remove the smelly water from my vehicle so it spotted. If I could give them “negative stars” I would have. My worst car was experience EVER!!"

"Paid $16 for the ultimate...I swear they didn't do over half of the items in the list..told manager and he said go through again....still not done with any trip foam or tire scrubbing etc ..never again...cute name brought me in. Poor quality will keep another car wash in business not them"

"To the owner: I have been to your car wash many times, but I haven't been there in over a year. I stopped by there today around 11:45 a.m. (3/15/22). I paid $10. I noticed there wasn't any soap during the wash. I then went to 3 different parking spaces with vacuums. None of them worked. I told the attendant that there was not any soap, during the wash, and my truck was still dirty. I also told him about the vacuums. He told me that only the 2nd one (out of the 6) worked. Of course, it was being used. He said he couldn't do anything about no soap in the car wash and the broken vacuums, except tell the owner. What a poor way to operate a business! I would like my $10 returned."

"Had breakfast here this morning, everything was spotless and the cashier was constantly cleaning when not cashing someone out. The biscuit and gravy breakfast my mom & husband had for $2.99 they loved! I had a sausage & egg biscuit ( don't like cheese on mine) for $2.89 was excellent! Will definitely go back."
