"They do not stand behind their work. Will argue & blame you rather than try to make it right. I have custom drapes that do not clear the blinds, exposed cheap-looking rods that are not meant to be exposed, and uneven drapes of differing lengths. Very unprofessional results after ordering custom window treatments with a professional designer that came out to the home. (The inexpensive curtains & rods I put up myself in other rooms look better and do not have this issue.) Mike, the installer, was great!"
