"I got my car stereo done here a while back. The product itself is very nice. The service however was not good. The sound from the aux port was messed up. I went back and explained the situation and the worker asked if I updated my 2003 ipod. And he did take the car and said the next day that after looking at it everything was fine. They never fixed the issue. Then recently at my job we hired a guy who used to work on car stereos. He took it apart and in less than an hour found that a couple audio cables were never connected. He hooked everything up properly and now the sound is perfect. I'm very disappointed with the service I received here. And when I came to them with the issue they acted annoyed on the phone and in person. And it's frustrating to know I had this issue for months when the fix was so simple. I left 2 stars instead of 1as the product itself is nice."
