"Visiting from out of state, needed a quick oil change. I never leave bad reviews but the prices were very high and Ari’s customer service was really off-putting. I don’t think any man likes being called “Hun” at the end of every sentence. It comes off like a bad attitude when it’s used that often. But the biggest problem is that she told us we were getting the veteran discount and when they rung us up wrong she said “don’t worry you can get it next time, we got busy” instead of making it right, knowing full well we don’t live in this state. 25% Vet discount would’ve saved us almost $50."

"They got me in smoothly. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything I didn’t want. They shared information about my vehicle and asked permission for all actions taken. Respectful and polite. Patient. I’m happy I went to this location. I had a coupon somewhere else and went there first. They were rude and said they were cheapest. I think I paid more for my service but was glad to be treated well. Wish I had names of staff but they were a team and they did well to make me ready to go quickly and happily. Good job guys."
"Stopped in for a quick oil change . I take all my vehicles here . As usual the guys were very professional and friendly and service is always top notch ! Another good thing is they don't try to sell you things you don't need like other shops do (air filters,wiper blades...) . And even offered my wife and I a bottle of water each before we pulled out . Highly recommend Take 5"
"I was met with a smile, a kind word, and very detailed information. Landon was amazing at walking me through the process and this isn’t my first time there. And Gabe was one of the kindest people I’ve met. So kudos to the Management that has these two working together, taking care of all of us and kudos to the hiring managers who knew that they would, be a great representation of the services and the company. I’ll never go anywhere else! So have a great Thanksgiving and thank you to those fine gentlemen who made my experience amazing."
