Rent King - Town N Country

"So where do I start I got 1 item from this place which I've been having for a whole year yes sometimes I'm late but I have never missed a week and I also pay the late fee. When I called to make a payment today for 1 week because that's all I owe at the moment and that's all I had in my account they tried to make me pay 2 weeks. You cannot make me make a payment that's not due yet and get an attitude because I only want to pay a week it was a Hispanic female and she was extremely rude basically started cussing me out and talking to me like I owe her a personal loan that's not good customer service so from now on my payments will be on time so I don't have to call this place anymore and also they call me on the same day my payment is due my check doesn't come in until after 330 pm so why am I getting a call when I'm not even late yet the reminder text I don't mind but the calling is a little much if my payment isn't even past due yet i have gotten from other rental companies and never gone thru this I absolutely do not recommend this place and i can't wait to be done with them. Last but not least I'm paying triple for the item so your better off just buying it cash!!!"

"I’ve been a long time customer for many years. I Rented a washer and dryer that I was completely happy with and just as my last month before I completely owned it ,some parts needed to be replaced and washer and dryer didn’t work . I was going to just pay it off and figure it out myself But I truly have to say that the Store Manager Jimmy B. Truly went out of his way to make sure before I made my last payment to help me and my family get the parts we needed to get it back running and had his AMAzing Service Repair Gentleman come out of his way to help us . It was frustrating but the end results Jimmy showed that not only is he running a Business but made sure that we was happy and taken care of ! That’s what you call great Customer Service and Being a Caring Manager ! Rent king made the best choice when they made Jimmy B the STORE MANAGER !"
