"Do not purchase from this store as they are misleading the customer as they are not a direct retailer for Lazy Boy. They are a direct independent retailer. Attempts to rectify defective furniture purchased from this store, and required escalation to Lazy Boy Corp was met with a response from Lazy Boy Corp that "this location is independently owned and therefore Lazy Boy Corp will not support product integrity. Please don't make the mistake that we did thinking that we were purchasing a Lazy Boy product directly from the company."
