"We visited rooms to go a few times in order to purchase our new sectional. Kris and his manager were so helpful and knowledgeable. We specifically waited for kris to be there before we’d go in, and I’m glad we did. He was patient and let us browse without being pressured. We ended up going with the modular one sectional and he helped us price out all the pieces to the sofa. He and his manager made the extra effort to even get it shipped to us sooner than expected for thanksgiving. We love rooms to go and are so happy with our purchase."
"I was looking for an in stock sofa sleeper at a decent price and Michelle was no nonsense nor false pretense and truly helped me find what I wanted without a harsh sales pitch and upselling, which I detest. She was personable yet professional. My purchase was better priced than their competitor, too. Delivery is Friday, so I can’t review my product yet, but I’m very pleased up to this point."
