"I have no issues with the work. This is the second time I have used Rite Now and they do a great job with the window tinting. I would have given 5 stars but I was a bit annoyed that when I got there they told me it would cost an extra $30 for the two front windows (from what I was originally quoted) because of the way they had to cut two different pieces for each window vs. one sheet for the whole window. They said it was because of how the windows are shaped on newer vehicles. I wasn't thrilled but thought, "Okay, if that's the case." When I got home, I looked up pictures of my vehicle that they worked on in 2020 and they were the same type of windows. I wasn't charged extra then? You would think knowing the exact vehicle I was bringing when I scheduled the appointment they would have known this in advance, especially since this is their business. ** Updated 2/23/2024: While I am not looking for anything in return based on my experience, since no one responded to me via the review or an email I have changed my rating to 1. It is usually good CS to at least respond."

Rite Now does amazing work on the detailing and I have brought four cars over the years for window tinting and they always do beautiful work, recommending the perfect shade for the vehicle too. Very happy with all aspects!"

"I got my boyfriend a gift of the auto detailing and sent him to the Ocoee location. When returned the hood had two obvious chips in the paint and the detailing completed within the car was subpar. We sent photos of the detailing to the owner and haven’t gotten a response back. On top of that there was a handwritten contract by the owner to get paint for the chips. I have called asking for an update and refund. Again, I haven’t heard back."
