"We went in the Altamonte store, looking for a particular item. A sales person greeted us and said they would be happy to help and sent us on our way. When we found items, we needed information on, that sales person was nowhere to be found. We even asked another associate to page him, but he never showed. Luckily, Christian was walking by, and happily answered all of our questions for us. He went out of his way to get us information And helped measure the Item needed. He Spent sufficient time with us for this small purchase of $599. As I am in the market for two bedroom sets, I will definitely be contacting him when I go back to city furniture. Good customer service is tough to find, but he went above and beyond."
"Beautiful 2 story store. There are two entrances, one in the front and one in the back. Friendly staff. They have a place within the store where you can purchase coffee, smoothies, other drinks and snacks. Also, you can get a free cookie with no purchase. Multiple restrooms. Very nice looking furniture with lots of options. Decently priced."
