"I want to start by saying that my business lives and dies by reviews like this and I don’t take this commentary lightly or take any pleasure in providing negative reviews but this needs to be said. I was referred to Creative Kitchen Designs by a colleague of mine and I was initially very excited when visiting their showroom and meeting with Suzanne. Their products looked beautiful and I will say that ours are no exception, from a visual standpoint. Suzanne was initially very responsive. She took measurements and gave us a contract very quickly. The price was a little high but in todays economic situation with the cost of lumber, we were willing to bite the bullet. Wes, the installer, was friendly and worked very hard during the install. Install was scheduled efficiently and that seemed to go great. The issues arose when dealing with Suzanne, during any sort of conflict. Someone from the CKD team has been out to my home 5 times more than is necessary because they haven’t measured properly or had to adjust our drawers, since they didn’t slide properly. Suzanne’s inability to accept any sort of blame and her extreme lack of professionalism has been nothing short of appalling. She has made negative racial comments towards my contractors and discussed my colleagues projects during our interactions, in a negative manner. Even when catching her in lies and calling out her unprofessional nature, she has passed the buck or become very aggressive, which in turn brought me to my boiling point. I will never use CKD or recommend them to another person. I would exercise extreme caution in utilizing this company. I’ve read a lot of Doug being wonderful and I wish we had him instead of the headache that we’ve had with Suzanne. Looks are on point with this company but optics aren’t everything. If things don’t work right or you have to deal with this amount of unprofessionalism it isn’t worth it, in my opinion. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if my experience is anything someone else is looking to avoid."

"My wife an I are extremely happy with the whole experience. The level of professionalism shown from the beginning having our interest as a family as the only priority is the most gratifying experience we have ever had. When we tried to explained what we wanted to accomplish, Doug stepped in with his expertise. He helped us accomplished all what we wanted and safe us money with a great design. He kept us well informed through the process. Delays due to COVID and the "supply chain" issues were dealt promptly. We are looking forward to our next home upgrade. We are not just happy with the quality of work and professionalism, we are also grateful with the optimization of our resources that resulted in an optimum house value increase and a very happy family! As a two time builder of the year I can say hands down that this is Company cares about what they do and who they do it for and my happy homeowners surveys show it.
