"bad service, bad mattress. I had bought a mattress with the plastic on cover, I don't feel any problem, but when I go home put fitted sheet on to sleep, i found out the mattress had a lot piece of iron all over both side, hurting my back through the night. I brought the mattress to the store, explain to him what's wrong, trying to exchange the difference one, the owner had bad altitude mood, he don't even listen to what I trying to do. Just said no return, refuse to do anything. let me go out the door and go to Walmart buy some sponges put on it. If I am buying sponge what I have to buy mattress for....."
